'Viva a Mata Atlântica' foi pensado para inspirar crianças e adolescentes a integrarem uma geração de restauradores ambientais. Ao conhecer o valor da Mata Atlântica, e sabendo qual é o impacto que cada um de nós provoca na natureza, é possível não apenas preservar o bioma, mas também regenerá-lo.
Apoiado pela marca Jungheirich, o projeto terá parte das suas vendas revertidas para a ONG Copaíba, que atua desde 1999 em ações ambientais integradas de restauração da Mata Atlântica.
Full of infographics, many illustrations, short texts and curiosities, this book brings together the main information about the Atlantic Forest, a biome present in 17 Brazilian states, in addition to Paraguay and Argentina.
"'Viva a Mata Atlântica' was conceived to inspire children and teenagers to join a generation of environmental restorers. By knowing the value of the Atlantic Forest, and knowing the impact that each one of us has on nature, it is possible not only to preserve the biome, but also regenerate it."
Supported by the Jungheirich brand, the project will have part of its sales reverted to the NGO Copaíba, which has been active since 1999 in integrated environmental actions to restore the Atlantic Forest.
